Back Yard Dreams...

Well this is what the almost end of summer brings. The realization that the back yard STILL looks like THIS!

Yes, we have a dog but I don't think that means the yard HAS to be trashed. Don't get me wrong, he contributes in a huge way to the mud hole and bare spots.

I just want to figure something out that isn't a TON of money and that doesn't take 2 years to do. What should I do? Any advice and offers for help would be appreciated.

And if you can figure out how to make it look like this easily, I'll take those comments too!

Mid Week in British Columbia

It's 6:20am and I'm all ready to go! Today we're headed out on a boat from Bellingham, WA (near my parents house) going through the San Juan Islands and over to Victoria, BC.

We'll be touring all day and hopefully get to go to The Castle there too! Tonight is dinner on the cruise ship! Can't wait! See ya!
