An angry resident that tried to drive around asecurity checkpoint is stopped by law enforcement.
Rick Blazek, 54, was arrested a few moments later.
Can you blame him?

i know i saw that...i cant believe they have their guns drawn...for gods sake...let people go...as long as they know the risk.
I do agree ... let everyone know that they're going back to their homes at their own risk, but they own their homes (or part of them) - let 'em go. Way to re-create Katrina and that mess.
